Sophia- Thomas Lee Allen, 77, passed away Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at High Point Regional Medical Center. Born October 5, 1943, he was the son of the late Roy Jackson Allen, and Carrie Ford Allen.

Thomas was a proud veteran of the Marines where he served from 1962 until 1968 when he was disabled in Vietnam.

He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Mary "Faye" Allen; children, Misty Sapp, Tina Kirkman, Tonya Allen-Holder, Cathy Allen, Christy Allen, Janice Hampton, Joy Ivan and David Crisp; twenty grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings, Bonnie Allen Taylor, Bobby Ray Allen and Roger Dale Allen.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00pm Monday, April 19, 2021, at Randolph Memorial Park, 4538 N Fayetteville St, Asheboro, NC 27203.

Special thanks to Mr. Allen's grandsons, Donny Roark, Alex Allen, Jeffrey Peoples, Brandon Allen, John Allen, and Christian Allen; for serving as pallbearers.
