CROSS CITY, JULY 11.
MRS. JOANNA S. DEMPSEY MORIARTY, 73, died yesterday at the home of her sister, Mrs. Pauline Knighton at Lee, FL.
She was born in Jasper and was a lifelong resident of Dixie County.
Surviving are one son, John D., Tallahassee, three sisters, Mrs. Pauline Knighton, Lee, Mrs. Avi Cason, Center Hill, Mrs. Eugenia Seph, Old Town; three brothers Fred Dempsey, Branford, Staten Dempsey, Old Town, and W. S. Toms Harbor.
Services will be at Rock Sink Church at 3 p.m. Friday.
