George Henry Eller, 74, of Crossville, passed away at his home surrounded by his family on Tuesday, April 13, 2021.
He was born Oct. 17, 1946, in Crossville, son of the late Thomas Calvin Eller and Daisy Elizabeth (Dodson) Eller.
After proudly serving his country in the Army during Vietnam, George worked for Cumberland County Co-op. He was also of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his special nieces and nephews, Anita Miller (Lynn) of Crossville, Steve Eller (Diane), Stanley Eller, Terry Eller and Ronald Stafford; along with many great-nieces and -nephews.
In addition to his parents, George is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy (Smith) Hodge Eller; brothers, William Eller, Albert Eller, John Thomas Eller, Andy "A.E." Eller, Claude Eller, Bob Eller and Thomas Eller; and sisters, Pearl Woody, Mary Chambers, Nancy "Pat" Eller and Daisy Stafford.
Funeral services will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Saturday, April 17, at 4 p.m. Interment in Fredonia Cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 2:30 to 4 p.m.
