Margaret M. (Shambaugh) Fear Clopper passed away on April 12, 2021, at her home in Greencastle, PA. She was born on May 2, 1929 in Magnolia, WV, the daughter of Vernon William and Lillian Frances (Parker) Shambaugh.

She was a member of First Wesleyan Church.

Margaret was preceded in death by her first husband, Edward T. Fear; her second husband, Max Edward Clopper; one daughter, Barbara Ritter; two sons, Vernon Fear and Steve Fear; five grandchildren, Jenny, Ricky, Heather, Candy and Tommy; two sisters, Anna Mary Lynch, and Elizabeth L. Fischer; and two brothers, Vernon William Shambaugh, Jr., and Vincent Eugene Shambaugh.

She is survived by three daughters, Wanda Giffin, Shirley Householder, and Brenda Clopper; ten grandchildren; three sisters, Marilyn Beaver, Betty Jean Ruppenthal, and Erma Dawson; and one brother, Roland Elwood Shambaugh.

Funeral service held at Minnich Funeral Home, Hagerstown, MD. Interment in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, Hagerstown, MD.
