Lydia Ketchum's Rites In Dexter.
Burden - Mrs. Lydia Ketchum, 88, Dexter, a lifetime resident of Cowley county, died at 5:15 a.m. today, May 6, in Newton Memorial hospital at Winfield.
She was born Nov. 4, 1876, at Otto, Kansas, the daughter of Michael and Susan Truxal.
On Aug. 17, 1910 she married Charles Ketchum. He preceded her in death in 1937.
She is survived by two step-sons, Samuel Ketchum, Paradise, Calif., and George Ketchum, San Diego, Calif., and two step-daughters, Mrs. Frank Truxal and Mrs. Clarence (Mary) Knous, Arizona.
Burial will be in Maple City Cemetery with Miles Mortuary in charge.
