Carl was born August 22, 1937 the son of Carl Clifton Horton and Della Beck Horton.
He was a retired dairy manager and married to the late Jolene Holmes Horton which passed away December 31, 2018.
Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 8, 2021, at Gober Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in the Arab Memorial Cemetery.
Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. until service time at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at Gober Funeral Chapel.
