When she refused to eat one night and the next morning, I took her to the vet. Anemic, partially dehydrated, enlarged heart, possibly a mass. She had two seizures, couldn't get to her feet, couldn't keep her balance, and it was scaring her. It turns out she had hemangiosarcoma as well as spots on her liver. The cancer was everywhere. She was euthanized at 10 pm CST April 2, 2021, in my embrace. She was my best friend, and will be missed terribly.

Gravesite Details
Note from her vet: A tumor in the heart with fluid (likely blood) in the sac around the heart. That makes the heart not able to pump efficiently. When I asked what kind of tumor, Dr said most likely is a hemangiosarcoma.
