I H. A. Carmon, being in sound mind and disposing memory and not acting under duress found or coercion, hereby do make and declare this my last will and testament.
It is my desire that the expense of my last illness and funeral expenses shall be paid at once after my decease.
It is my will and I hereby bequeath unto my grandson, Carmon Huffman the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars, he being the son of my daughter, Rena Huffman and unto my son, Luther Carmon, I give the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars together with the amounts herein after set forth.
Unto my son Luther Carmon, my daughter Inez Bennett and my son Jess P Carmon, I give and bequeath the residue of my estate both real and personal whatever the name and nature the same may constitute at the time of my decease.
It is my desire, and I hereby appoint Ray S Jordan executor of my estate.
