KATHY A. BAKER, 69, of Fort Wayne, passed away Sunday, March 28, 2021. She was born Sept. 23, 1951 and raised in Fort Wayne.
She is survived by children, Brenda (Rich) Barile, Colleen Roy and Tony Baker; grandchildren, Jake Herbst (Spencer), Samantha Baker, Noahh Baker, Andrew Roy, and Paige (Austyn) Barile; great- grandchildren, Jasper and Esmi; her loving companion and best friend, Steve Leakey; fur baby, Tula; mother, Delores Van Horn; and siblings Sandra Van Horn, Greg (Janet) Van Horn, Jeff (Karen) Van Horn, and Jon (Stacy) Van Horn.
She was preceded in death by husband, Donald K. Baker; granddaughter, Kirsten; father, Bert (Bud) Van Horn; and brother, Stevie Van Horn.
A celebration of life is from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, April 17, 2021, at Coyote Creek, 4935 Hillegas Road, Fort Wayne (IN 46818). Private family graveside service will be held Monday April 5, 2021, at Covington Memorial Gardens.
