Mrs Mary Lou Woody of South Webb Avenue, Crossville, died Thursday, November 19 at Sun Air Manor Nursing Home at the age of 80. She was the wife of Andy J Woody.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Hanging Limb Baptist Church in Overton County, by Rev Douglas Jones; burial was in the Hanging Limb Cemetery.
Mrs Woody leaves her husband, Andy Woody; 4 sons, Stanford and George Padgett, Rockwood; Granville Padgett, Monterey; Aaron Padgett, Crossville; a step-son, Earl Woody, Crossville; 2 step-daughters, Mrs Earcil Callahan, Homesteads; Mrs Spence Taylor, Crossville. 3 sons and 1 daughter are deceased.
Also surviving are 4 brother, Burnett, Andrew and Wiley Wyatt, Crossville; Joseph Wyatt, Florida; 2 sisters, Mrs Sarah Tabor and Mrs Clara Barnwell, Crossville.
Mrs Woody was born in Isoline, a daughter of John and Martha Rector Wyatt. She was a member of the Baptist church.
