After having been in failing health for the last two years, Mrs. Fannie M. Halting, wife of Hugo E. Harting, 241 Forest avenue, passed away at Mercy hospital Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock.

Mrs. Harting was born here April 5. 1868. and had lived In Oshkosh all her life. She was married July 2. 1888.

The survivors are Mr. Harting, three daughters, Mrs. John Slominski and Mrs. Walter Lawonn, of Milwaukee, and Mrs. Fred Juedes of Oshkosh. and two sisters, Mrs. Frank Bremmer, of Omro, and Mrs. Edgar Hewitt, of Bayfield. Wis.

The deceased was a member of the Mystic Workers' society, the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Martha Washington auxiliary of the Spanish War Veterans' organization.

Obsequies will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Fiss & Bills funeral home. 60 Church street Rev. W. L. Harms of First Baptist temple, the church with which Mrs. Harting was affiliated, will conduct the services. Burial will be at Riverside cemetery. The remains may be viewed at the funeral home from Tuesday afternoon to the time of the services.
