Elsie Lorene Brock, 85, of Bedford, passed away on Thursday, October 18, 2007, at Garden Villa in Bedford.
Born November 15, 1921, in Bedford, she was the daughter of Volney and Grace (Hall) Kern. She married James Harold Brock on July 10, 1944, and he preceded her in death on June 6, 1978.
She was a homemaker and a member of Old Union Christian Church. She was a volunteer at the Hoosier Christian Village and a member of NARFE.
Survivors include two daughters; two sons; a sister and a brother, all of Bedford; 13 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers, Waldo and Alan Kern; and two grandchildren, Toni and Chris.
