AGED WOMAN DIES
Mrs. William Yerian died at her home in Liberty township last Thursday at the ripe old age of ninety years. She has been a resident of Jackson County all her life and with her aged husband was making her home with her son, Edward in Liberty township.
She is survived by her husband, three sons, Frank of Colorado, Joe of California, and Edward of Jackson County, and by two daughters, Mrs. Albert Harper of Liberty township and Mrs. B. J. Timlen of of Hubberston, Michigan.
The funeral service was held Sunday after at the home with Rev. Millikan officiating and the burial made in Pleasant Hill cemetery.

Mirian Yerian, born in Jackson county, May 4, 1834, died Jan. 24, 1924 at the age of 89 years, 8 months and 20 days, and the daughter of Gideon and Catherine Harvey. She was united in marriage to W. F. Yerian Jan. 7, 1858. She united to the M. E. Church at Mt. Vernon Jan. 1867, to which she remained a faithful member. She was deprived of the privilege of attending services on account of ill health but continued in faith trusting fully in the Lord.
She is survived by her husband and five children, one preceding her to the Great Beyond in 1800, Frank in Colorado, Joe in Cal., Ed at home, Mrs. Albert Harper of Liberty township and Mrs. B. J. Timlin of Hibbardston, Mich.
Funeral services were held at the residence, Sunday 27, with Rev. Millikan of Jackson officiating. Burial at Pleasant Grove, with L. H. Powell in charge.
