Beloved husband of Alice Hampshire Civilikas, who predeceased him in 2003.
Devoted father of Gary Civilikas and his wife Amy Hood of Reston, VA, John Civilikas of Shelby Township, MI, and Robert Civilikas and his wife Laura of Saratoga, CA. Grandfather of Kelcey, Christopher and Alicen Civilikas of Saratoga, CA. He will be missed by his cousins Ernest F. Deluski and his wife Lois and their family of Ashland.

Born February 2, 1917 in Norwood, he was a World War II Veteran, U.S. Army (1942-45). Awarded the Bronze Star for Action in the Pacific. Attended Brown University, graduate of Wentworth Institute and Bradford Durfree Technical Institute (UMass, Dartmouth), BS Mech. Eng.
