Mary Agnes Langford Barlow passed from this life on Friday morning, March 19, 2021 from the NHC Healthcare in Murfreesboro. She was born in Overton County, Tennessee on May 5, 1928 to the late Burlow and Virgie Mae Greenwood Langford.
Agnes was a member of the Unity Baptist Church in Murfreesboro. She loved her family very much and enjoyed being with them. She had a green thumb for flowers and gardening and enjoyed being outdoors in her yard and mowing grass.
Agnes leaves behind her sons: Earris (Yvonne) Barlow of Mount Juliet, Fletcher (Sabra) Barlow of Smyrna, Jarvis (Nancy) Barlow of Gainesboro, and Danny (Regina) Barlow of Hilham; daughter: Sharon Rader of Mount Juliet; 7 grandchildren; sisters: Christene Langford Brown of Homosassa Springs, Florida, Inez Langford McDonald of Livingston, and Evelyn Langford Bilyeu of Hilham.
In addition to her parents, Agnes was preceded in death by her husband: Vanis Odell Barlow; brothers: William C. Langford, Claude Tolbert Langford, Holland Langford, James Thomas Langford, and Cecil Langford; sisters: Valley Magdalene Langford and Sendria Jo Langford.
Private Funeral Services were held Sunday, March 21, 2021 from the Aarons Chapel Cemetery with Bro. Mike Adams officiating.
