Billy served in the United States Air Force. He later pursued a career in plaster, cement, tile, stucco and stone work. He enjoyed going to gospel jubilee sings and attended Victory Pentecostal Holiness Church. After retirement, he enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family and friends and especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife and love of his life of 50 years, Shirley Jeffcoat Bartlett, and his only daughter, Sheila Rogers.
Those left to cherish Billy's memory include his sons, Keith Bartlett wife Marie, Rodney Bartlett wife Tammy, Kevin Barlett wife Rebecca, and Royce Bartlett; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of William's Life will be held 10 a.m., Saturday, March 14, 2020 at Victory Pentecostal Holiness Church with Pastor Mack Glover officiating. The church is located at 3230 Hwy 2321, Southport, Florida.
