Matt passed away suddenly from a possible heart attack. He resided at 1205 Regent Street in Madison, WI. He was a restaurant operator and owner of the American Lunch on South Park Street for many years, and for the past two years, also operated the American Lunch, West, on Regent Street in Madison. He lived in Madison for at least 35 years, previously, before moving to Madison, he was employed at the Pet Milk Co., at Belleville, for 20 years.
Survivors include six nephews and distant relatives. He was proceeded in death by three brothers, John, Jacob and Henry, all of Belleville, and a sister, Mrs. Fred Sauers, of Belleville.
