Funeral services for Carl Junior Alston, 78, of Sweetwater were held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, 2007, at Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Tom Fraley officiating.
Burial was in Sweetwater Cemetery, under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.
Mr. Alston died Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2007, at Sweetwater Healthcare Center.
Mr. Alston was born in Fisher County, TX on November 29, 1928, to Carl Fowler & Nora Cave Alston. He was married to Shirley Jane Willoughby and later to Betty Maudina Cavitt and was father to Randy Lee, Davie Carl and Carla Jean.
The funeral home staff served as pallbearers.
