Funeral services for Carolyn Sue Cherry, 41, West Plains, will be at 10am Thursday, November 29, 1990, in the Rose Chapel, Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mrs Cherry died at 6:33pm, Monday, November 26, 1990, at Ozarks Medical Center. She was born July 30, 1949 at Peace Valley, the daughter of Laura Rachel Barnett Harris Ross and Leroy Virgil Harris.
She received her education in the schools of Thomasville and Rover and graduated from Alton High School with the class of 1967. On May 29, 1970, she was married at West Plains to Dale Eugene Cherry, who preceded her in death September 11, 1984. For 10 years she had been employed at West Vue Nursing Home as the activities assistant. Mrs Cherry was of the Presbyterian faith.
Survivors include two children, Sheree Dale Cherry and Christopher Scott Cherry both of West Plains; her mother and stepfather, Rachel and Clarence Ross, West Plains; three brothers, Daniel Harris and wife, Gloria, George Harris and wife, Pauline, all of West Plains and Virgil Harris and wife, Sue Ann, Littleton, Colorado; and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father and husband.
