Harold O. Briggs, 61, of Zephyrhills, Fla., and a nephew of Mrs. C.J. Tracy of Loup City, died at his home there on Oct. 25. Death followed an illness of several weeks.
Mr. Briggs was born in Loup City, Sept. 29, 1889. He lived in Zephyrhills in its pioneer days, and returned to make it his permanent home in 1929. Burial services, conducted by the Masonic Order, were held Friday afternoon, Oct. 27, with burial at the Oakside cemetery at Zephyrhills.
He is survived by his widow, his mother, two sisters and two brothers.
