Funeral: 12 p.m. Friday in Greenwood Chapel. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Greenwood. Interment: Greenwood Memorial Park.
He was a loving partner, father, grandfather (popo), brother, and friend. He was a successful custom home builder and had a personality bigger than life. He enjoyed spending time with his family, being outdoors, and riding his Harley with his friends and family.
He is survived by his partner of 22 years, Becky Arterbury; son, Kenneth D. Milligan III and wife, Heather of Granbury, Texas; daughter, Pamela S. Schiel and husband, Timothy of Colorado; grandchildren, AJ and Trinity Schiel; and his siblings, Gary Milligan, Brenda Starr, Timothy White and Harlo White.
