HIGHTSTOWN - John J. Phelan, 59, who operated a trailer court on Route 130 for nine years, died there Friday. He was born in New York City.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Thelma Ferrand Phelan; a brother, Edward, and three sisters, Mrs. Walter Lynch, Mrs. Salvadore Manzo and Miss Helen Phelan, all of Brooklyn.
Services will be held tomorrow at 11 a.m. at the Glackin Funeral Home, 136 Morrison Avenue, with interment in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Friends may call this afternoon and evening.
