Peacefully passed on Wednesday, March 11, 2021 at the age of 62. Valerie was the loving mother of Robert Coulson, caring grandmother of Vanessa. She is also survived by her mother, Virginia (Paesano) Margie, siblings, Bill (Diane) Margie and Judy (Gary Klubert) Blasko, numerous nieces and nephews and many friends. Valerie was preceded in passing by her father, William Margie.
Valerie had a heart of gold and would be the best friend to you if you were fortunate enough to know her. She was devoted to her mother and their bond was unbreakable. She loved all animals, especially her beloved cats and dog.
Family and friends are welcome in Alfieri Funeral Home, Inc., 201 Marguerite Ave, Wilmerding, Pa 15148, 412-824-4332, on Monday from 4pm to 8pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Jude the Apostle Church of St. Joseph the Worker Parish on Tuesday at 10am. Please meet at the church. Face masks and social distancing are required in the funeral home and church. Valerie will be laid to rest in New St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, North Versailles.
