FORT WORTH - J.D. "Jesse" Arambula, a retired Swift & Co. employee, died Thursday at a Fort Worth hospital. He was 80.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Greenwood Funeral Home. Burial will be in Springtown Cemetery.
Mr. Arambula was born in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, and had lived in Fort Worth for 75 years. He was a Army veteran of World War II and past commander of American Legion Post No. 569.
Mr. Arambula was a Methodist.
Survivors: Wife, Mildred Arambula of Fort Worth; stepdaughter, Dale Parrent of Roanoke; two brothers, Arthur Castillo and Robert Castillo, both of Fort Worth; and sister, Amparo Marie Simmons of Corpus Christi.
