Jean M. Kuff, 83, Former Bartender
She was born in Cleveland and lived in the Cleveland area before moving to Elyria in 1957. Mrs. Kuff was employed as a bartender at the former Gardner Inn and at the former Hilltop Restaurant, both in Elyria. She was also a cook at Palm Crest East Nursing Home, Elyria. She was a member of the American Association of Retired Persons. She enjoyed crocheting, and was known for sending cards and notes to her friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Kuff, in 1991. Memorial services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Busch-Curtis-Scheuffler Family Chapel, 114 Second St., Elyria.
The Rev. Frances McNutt, pastor of St. Andrew Episcopal Church, Elyria, will officiate.
Private burial will be in Ridge Lawn Cemetery, Elyria.
