Deacon Eleazer Carver was the son of John Carver and Millicent, nee Ford, Carver of Marshfield. Depending on what month he was born in, he may have been born in 1668 rather that 1669.

On June 11, 1695 he married Experience Blake in Milton, Norfolk County, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of William Blake of Milton.

They were the parents of Eleazer (b. 1696), Nathaniel (b. 1698), Joseph (b. 1700), Mehitabel (b. 1706), and Experience (b.1700)She was married on 10 December 1719 in Bridgewater, Plymouth county, Province of Massachusetts Bay.
