Emil J. Ulrich was the former district supervisor of the Civil Aeronautics Administration at Peter O; Knight Airport.

He was with the CAA from 1941 to 1947, when he was transferred to Miami as chief safety agent for the CAA. Mr. Ulrich was a life member of Quiet Birdman, a pilot organization, and was well known in the area.

He was survived by his widow, Mrs. Ruth Ulrich, and a son and a daughter, all of Miami.
