Mrs. Shirley Ann Phillips, 76 of Chatsworth, passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at Hamilton Medical Center.
Shirley was a member of Ball Play Baptist Church. She was married for 59 years to her loving husband.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Anice and Louise Foster.
Survivors include her loving husband, Blaine Phillips of Chatsworth; brother, Anice Foster Jr.; extended family and friends also survive.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Shirley Ann Phillips will be held Saturday, March 6, 2021 from Liberty Baptist Church in Tennga at 1:00 p.m. with the Rev. Charles Moore, Rev. Chris Corbin, and Rev. Delmar Davenport officiating. Interment will follow in the Fairy Valley Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Liberty Baptist Church in Tennga.
