Debbie Shepherd Hall, 62, of Perry, MO passed away at 5:40 pm Monday, March 1, 2021 at Hannibal Regional Hospital in Hannibal, MO.

Friends and Family are invited to Debbie's Life Celebration at a visitation that will be Friday, March 5, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at James O'Donnell Life Celebration Home in
Monroe City, MO .

There will be no funeral services.

Arrangements for cremation will follow Debbie's Life Celebration.

The family is being served by the James O'Donnell Life Celebration Home in Monroe City, MO.

If you plan on attending the visitation, please wear a mask and practice all CO-VID 19 physical distancing guidelines.

Debbie was born November 17, 1958, in Pike County, MO to Merle "Doc" and Barbara Nett Shepherd.

She was married to Darrell Hall on Nov 4, 1989 at the First Baptist Church in Perry, MO. He survives.

Other survivors include her 3 children, Melanie Lamew (Michael) of Phoenix, AZ, Leah Ott of Columbia, MO, Denise Roberts of St. Peters, MO, 4 grandchildren, Gabriella, Shad, Mya, Madelyn, numerous nieces, and nephews

Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, 4 brothers, Earl Calvin Shepherd, Johnnie McKee Shepherd, Lonnie Lee Shepherd and Donnie Wayne Shepherd .

Debbie loved being a homemaker caring for her family. She was also a talented businesswoman previously owning and operating the restaurant “Frosty’s” in Perry, MO and most recently she was the owner and operator of the “Apron Café” in Monroe City, MO. A talented baker and cook, Debbie loved to prepare food for others and in addition to her restaurants also previously catered events in the area.

Debbie’s family was her world. She loved to spend lazy days with them by their pool at the family home in Perry, MO. Family dinners and get together's were always special times and Debbie took pleasure in preparing delightful meals for the family, with her fried chicken and homemade noodles being favorites. Traveling was also a treasured past time for Debbie, she especially remembered fondly the cruise ship adventures that she experienced with her husband Darrell over the years. St. Louis Cardinals Baseball, The Wizard of Oz and the music of Elvis Presley were a few of Debbie’s favorites. Most of all Debbie simply cherished the moments she shared with her family and friends.

Debbie was a member of the First Baptist Church of Perry, MO. A talented pianist, Debbie enjoyed playing the piano at church services.
