MRS. ALICE AUSTIN FUNERAL SERVICES THURSDAY 3 P.M.
Funeral services for Mrs. Alice Austin, 80, formerly of Corsicana, who died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. R. S. Lacy, at Temple, will be held from the Missionary Baptist church at 3 o'clock Thursday afternoon.
Mrs. Austin was a native of Tennessee and came to Ellis county in early childhood and was a resident of Corsicana for 38 years. She had recently made her home in Temple.
She is survived by five sons, C. C. Bills, Biloxi, Miss.; John R. Bills, Temple; J. R. Bills, Sudan; T. B. Bills, Mertens, and A. G. Austin, Hopkinsville, Ky.; four daughters, Miss Mossie Bills, 506 South Thirtieth street, Corsicana; Mrs. R. S. Lacy, Temple; Mrs. J. W. London, Orange, and Mrs. Lloyd Hayes, Sanger. There are 28 grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren.
Rev. A. J. Kirkland will officiate.
Burial will be at Kerens under direction of Hewett Funeral Home, Temple.
Pallbearers are Frank L. Leathers, Earl McGraw, J. D. Kent, Kennie Wyatt, W. E. Percival and Joe T. Smith.
