LAKE WORTH, Fla. -- Agnes V. Brazell, 96, formerly of Port Huron, died Wednesday, May 1, 1985, in West Palm Beach, Fla., after a short illness. She was born May 6 1888, in Michigan. She had lived for 45 years in Port Huron and the last 20 years in Lake Worth. She was married to Roy A Brazell, he died March 9, 1975.

Mrs. Brazell was a former member of St. Clair County Parents of Retarded Children, the Ladies Guild of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Lake Worth, and the LCBA. She was a longtime member of St. Joseph Church.

She is survived by a son, Robert E. Brazell, Dearborn; four daughters, Mrs. Arthur (Marjorie) Gibson, Allen Park, Sister Patricia Brazell, Lake Worth, Mrs. William (Joan) McCabe, Rockford and Miss Marilyn Brazell, port Huron; sister, Mrs. Irene Funkey, Eagle River, Wisc.; 12 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Joseph Church. The Rev. Joseph A Gagnon, pastor of St. Christopher Church will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery. a scripture service will be held at 8 p.m. Pallbearers are James E. Whaling, Robert L. Patterson, Ted Kearns Sr., Ernest A Steroskey, Jack Steinborn and D. James Hudson.
