She is survived by her husband, Howard Underwood; 5 children, James, Robert, Helena, Livina and Visla Underwood; her mother, Mrs. Margerite Kinnett; brothers, Charles, Chester and Earl Kinnett; sisters, Mrs. (Virginia) Hurley Purvis (Perkinson), Mrs. Hallie (Ben) Underwood and Mrs. Grace (Noble) Rowlett.
About two years ago, Mr. Underwood bought a farm near Wirt, IN, where he and his family resided.
Burial: Moffett Cemetery.
