RAYNE ~ Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 20, 2021 at a 2:00 p.m. Liturgy of the Word in Melancon Funeral Home in Carencro for Wallace Donald Guillory, age 34, who passed away Sunday, February 14, 2021 at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center in Lafayette.
Interment will be in Evangeline Memorial Gardens in Carencro.
Mr. Guillory was born in Lafayette and was a resident of Rayne. He enjoyed making music, rooster fighting, loved animals and loved to pull jokes on everyone.
Survivors include one son, Landon Guillory of Rayne; his fiancée, Athena Uggen of Milton; his mother, Dianne Guillory Hodge; his father, Robert Frazier of Massachusetts; two brothers, Everic Guillory and his wife, Melissa, of Maurice, and Robby Guillory and his wife, Ashley, of Mire; one half-sister, Florence Frazier of Gloston, MA; and a half-brother, Bobby Frazier of Gloston, MA.
He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Wallace Guillory and Florence Jackson Guillory; his paternal grandparents, Everett and Melinda Frazier; and his step-father, Richard Hodge.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday and will continue from 8:00 a.m. until service time on Saturday.
Pallbearers will be Elliot Guillory, Patrick Guillory, Marlin Wiltz, Michael Cooper, Gabe Guillory and Alex Guillory.
