He was born in Bend, Ore. He was a painter.
Survivors include his wife, Sonia Johnson of Vancouver, Wash.; a daughter, Lena Faith Adams, of Vancouver; his mother, Judy Kay Adams of Vancouver; his father, Leonard "Landon" Adams of Yakima; his stepmother, Eleanore "Lorie" Adams of Yakima; four brothers, Jerry Wayne Adams, Earl Dean Adams and Stanley Kurt Adams of Castle Rock, Wash., and Gary Landon Adams of Vancouver, and a sister, Jeanette Elaine Haydu of Craig, Alaska.
