"Morthorst - Bernard G., 95 years of age, husband of Mary Morthorst; father of Henry, Joseph and Miss Rose Morthorst; passed away Saturday, May 2, 1942, at 10:45 p. m., at his residence, 2004 Culbertson Ave., New Albany, Ind. Remains at the Kraft Funeral Parlor, New Albany. He was a member of St. Mary's Church, where funeral services will be held Monday, May 4th, at 9 a. m. Interment in St. Michael's Cemetery, Louisville."
