Marilyn Ruth (Foran) Dasho was born May 25, 1928 to Linden and Eldora Foran in Merced, CA. She was one of five children. She met an Army Air Corps at a VSO dance at Castle Air Base by Merced. They were married April 23, 1946 in Fresno, CA. They had two children: Randy Dasho Sr. or Port Orchard and Kathy Dasho of Squim. Walt died in 2002 and Marilyn is survived by Norma Coleman (her sister). Marilyn worked at Wallach’s Drug Store and later at the Kitsap Golf and Country Club. She was a member of the Kitsap Golf and Country Club and a Honorary member of the Kitsap Mustang Club, where she was named Mustang Mom. Her hobbies were crocheting, crossword puzzles, trivia, road trips, playing pictionary and eating out at her favorite restraints, where everyone knew her.
