Bobby G. Hewitt, age 73 of Forest City, NC passed away Wednesday September 26, 2007 at his home.
He was born February 12, 1934 in Rutherford County, to Jessie Lowery Hewitt of Forest City and the late Horace H. Hewitt.
In addition to his father he was preceded in death by a brother, Morris Hewitt.
He was a long time member of Alexander United Methodist Church where he served as Sound Director and Trustee.
Mr. Hewitt was a truck driver for over 40 years and retired from W & B Trucking.
He was a twenty-five year member of Masonic Lodge # 381 of Forest City and was a 32nd Degree Mason.
Mr. Hewitt loved his family dearly and was an avid golfer and hunter.
