FLANNERY, John W. 80, of Oldtown, KY, formerly of Dayton passed away on Wednesday, August 10, 2005 in Ashland, KY after a lengthy illness. He was retired from Delco Moraine after more than 31 years of service, and was a WWII U.S. Navy veteran.
He was preceded in death by his first wife Anadean Felty Flannery. He is survived by his wife Virgie Moore Blanton Flannery and three sons Kenneth (Barbara) Flannery of Kettering, Cecil (Donna) Flannery of Dayton, David (Marcia) Flannery of Newport Richey, FL and one daughter Helen (Ron) Hernelgarn of LaSalle, MI, 21 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, two sisters, Faye McKnight of Rush, KY and Elizabeth (Hasco) Jenkins of Kettering.
