Mr. Robert "Bob" Vernon Bungay, age 75, of Panama City, FL, passed away Tuesday afternoon, February 9, 2021, at Ascension Sacred Heart after a lengthy illness.
He was born September 5, 1945, in Perth Amboy, NJ, pre-deceased by his parents.
After 22 years of service, he retired from the US Air Force and had retired from the State of Florida after 20 years.
Bob was a member of Carlisle Baptist Church, serving in different capacities of the church. He enjoyed computers and spending time with his family.
Visitation is from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, February 11, 2021 at Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Panama City.
Funeral service will be held 12 p.m. Friday, February 12, 2021, at Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery in Panama City.
