In Loving Memory of Corrine Stevens

Corrine Hoffman Stevens of Williamson, West Virginia passed away at the Tug Valley ARH Medical Center in South Williamson, Kentucky on Thursday January 28, 2021, at age 86. She was born July 17, 1934 in Kimball West Virginia.

Corrine was predeceased by husband Elmer B. Stevens, parents Thomas M. and Laura Tinsley Carroll, and son Bruce D. Hoffman, brothers Thomas M. Carroll II and Benjamin J. "Ted" Carroll.

Corrine is lovingly remembered by her son Thomas B. (Frances) Hoffman of Williamson WV, Mitzi C. Hoffman of Huntington, WV, and Daughter-in-Law Lindi Hoffman, Hollister, CA. Other survivors included are sisters Ruby Diamond, Orlando, Florida, Jacqueline Davidson, Suffolk, Virginia, Gay Elkins, Orlando, FL, and Patricia Walker, Davenport, FL. Corrine leaves behind her special friend and longtime caregiver, Betty Dotson, and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Corrine worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Williamson Memorial Hospital and Appalachian Regional Hospital and retired after 25 years as an office billing clerk at Appalachian Regional Hospital.
Corrine was baptized at the First Baptist Church in Williamson as a young girl. Later she was a member of the United Memorial Methodist Church at West Williamson, for many years she attended the Turkey Creek Assembly of God, and lastly, she attended the Bethel Temple Assembly of God at Nolan, WV where she was baptized again wanting a clear conscience before God and testimony of her faith in Christ Jesus.
Corrine will be laid to rest beside her late husband, Elmer, at the Mountain View Memory Gardens at Huddy, KY.
