FRANKLIN " JACKIE " PARMER
February 3, 1946 - November 17, 2018

Mr. Parmer passed away peacefully at home after a long and happy life. He was born in Copeville, Texas to the late James Harlon and Flora Elene Parmer.

Mr. Parmer was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers from 1969 to 2002. He was a member of many organizations within I.B.E.W. His heart was always focused on helping the sick and needy. He spent his adult life traveling the United States working until he retired in Rains county.

Mr. Parmer loved spending time with friends and family. He had a very cheerful, outgoing personality. He had a joke for every situation. His humor will be missed by those who knew him.

Mr. Parmer was preceded in death by Marlene McBrayer, Dorothy Penney, and Barbara Cartmill.

Survivors include his brothers; Carrel Parmer, James Parmer, and Kenneth Brewer. Daughters; Betty Emsley and Samantha Singleton. Son; Frank Parmer. Granddaughters; Heather McElravy, Melissa Ralyea, Cortney Emsley, Jackie McFarland, Rebecca Hogenson, Donna Van Handel, and Chanel Harding. Grandson; Zachary Harding. Great Granddaughters; Kaylie, Emma, Makinley and Cloey. Great Grandsons: Connor and Mikah.
