Bennie Lee Johnson, 39, died Monday, October 14, 1996 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville. Born December 14, 1956 in Fayette County, he was the son of John and Betty Harrison Johnson of Harrodsburg. He was a former employee of Foster Heating and Air Conditioning in Danville. Survivors, beside his parents, include: four daughters, Shirley Turner, Danville, Jessica Johnson, Liberty, Theresa Gayle Griffith and Amie Lee Johnson, both of Florida; three brothers, Kenny Johnson, Boyle County, Johnny and Billy Johnson, Harrodsburg; two sisters, Pauline Holmes and Shirley Johnson, both of Danville; one grandson. Funeral services were held Wednesday, October 16, at the Alexander and Royalty Funeral Home with Bro. Terry Justice officiating. Burial was in Burgin Memorial Gardens.
