Edward David Dettweiler, 34, of 4408 Lela Ave., NE, died today at a local hospital. He was assistant manager for Dayton Transport.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Yopp Dettweiler; a daughter, Mita Marjorie Deftweiler, Roanoke; a son, David Dettweiler, Roanoke; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur B. Dettweiler, Asheville, N.C.; two brothers, Wilbur C. Dettweiler, Waynesboro, and Daniel L. Dettweiler, Asheville, N.C., and a sister, Mrs. Kathleen V. Ball, Granite Falls, N.C.
Nokesville Church of the Brethren, Nokesville, with burial at Valley View Church of the Brethren cemetery near, Manassas.
The body will be at Lotz until Monday morning.
