CARLSBAD - Lucy Couella Fort, 81, of Carlsbad, died Thursday, Jan 19, 1995, at Guadalupe Medical Center.
Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. today at Hillcrest Church of God, 234 N. Sixth St., Carlsbad. Direct cremation has taken place under the direction of Sunset Gardens Direct Cremation Services of Carlsbad.
Mrs. Fort was born on Nov. 20, 1913 in Paintrock, Texas.
She is survived by sons, Ross and Wendell Fowler; daughters, Rita Horne and Susan Boxwell, hometowns unknown; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
