Mrs. Edward Cutler, formerly of Danbury, Wisconsin, passed away February 24 at the Brainerd Memorial Hospital after a brief illness.
Survivors include three brothers, Dr. Paul Hendricks, Brainerd; Harry Hendricks, Hinckley and Guy Hendricks, Sandstone. And many nephews and nieces.
Velta Hendricks Cutler was born Sept. 1, 1891 at Coon Rapids, Iowa, the daughter of Edgar G. and Elizabeth Hendricks. She came to the Danforth community in 1920, later moving to Minneapolis and was employed there until 1938 when she married Henry Starch of Bruno. Mr. Starch passed away in August of 1945. In April of 1958 she married Edward Cutler of Danbury, Wisconsin and they made their home there. Mr. Cutler passed away June, 1975. She then entered the Bethany Good Samaritan Home of Brainerd on October 30, 1975.
Funeral services were held at the Evangelical Free Church of Sandstone, Friday with Dr. Paul Hendricks and Pastor Danielson officiating. Burial was at Danforth Cemetery. Casket bearers were all nephews, Elwyn and Dwaine Hendricks, Brainerd, Donald and Edgar Hendricks, Sandstone; Rev. Dwight Hendricks, Minneapolis and Rev. David Gabriel, Bigfork
