She was born in LeGrande and was a daughter of the late Barney B. Toms and Letha Mae Coffee Toms and wife of the late Wilton Eugene "Gene" Bell. She was a homemaker and a member of the Park City United Methodist Church.
Survivors include two sons: Mike Bell (Carolyn) of Glasgow, and Greg Bell (Janice) of Glasgow; four grandchildren: Bruce Bell, Candace Jeffries, Micah Reece and Brandon Bell; one step grandchild: Jana Richey; four great-grandchildren: Chelsea Proffitt, Zack Proffitt, Riley Bell and Trevor Sherfey; three step great-grandchildren, and one brother: Robert "Wimpy" Toms (Margie) of Park City.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Bob and Les Toms; and two sisters, Ethel Wright and Gracie Brockman.
