In 1914 Henry killed a neighbor, William Trimpy, over a land dispute. He was sentenced to the penitentiary for 5 to 8 years. Henry died in 1918 at Western Penitentiary of Penna., R.D.#3, Bellfonte, Banner Twp.,Centre County. The cause of death was given as mitral regurgitation and acute gastritis.
