Johnny Gene Higgins, Sr. was born August 14, 1936 in Delaware, AR to Ike and Faye Cox Higgins, Sr. He was a retired lifelong owner of H & S, Inc., he loved watching Nascar, working on cars and spending time with his family. He was a Giver. Mr. Higgins passed away January 26, 2021 at his home in Obion, TN at the age of 84. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers Jack Higgins, L.V. Higgins and Tommy Higgins, three sisters Bobbie Farris, Curly Laster and Patsy McKay and one grandson Joshua Higgins. He is survived by his wife Mercedes Higgins of Obion, TN,
