Genevia Wigle was born in Delight, Arkansas to Jesse and Minnie Conatser.
She married Joe David Watson, who died in 1932. She then married Barney Ray Allen and they come to Corvallis in 1947. After he died in 1955, she married Daniel D. Wigle, who died in 1983.
She was a skilled seamstress and liked to travel. She was proud of her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughters, Jean Brown and Joyce Bell, both of Corvallis, step-daughter Lois Annunzio of Albany; and sister, Billie Sheridan.
