Molly Elizabeth Albea King, 60, passed away peacefully at home on January 18, 2021. She was born on April 8, 1960 in Winston Salem, NC to the late Jenny and Clarence Albea.
Molly attended Broughton High School and Troutman’s College. She was known for her kind, gentle soul and dedicated herself to her husband and children with pride. We are comforted knowing that she is now resting peacefully in Heaven.
Molly is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Reggie King, son Josh King, daughter Abbey King, and is predeceased by her daughter Taylor King. She is also survived by her brother Sam Albea, sisters Cathey Griffin and husband Larry, Ann Luddy, Pat Tellier and husband Mark, and Sandy Albea, along with several nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Friday, January 22, 2021 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Bright Funeral Home. Social distancing is appreciated and face coverings are required. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at Raleigh Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of her daughter, Taylor King, to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 7101 Creedmoor Road, Suite 130, Raleigh, NC 27613.
